The biennial “Impressions of a Changing World” invites you to observe an ever-changing world and consciously capture its dynamics. Today, we live in a time when political, economic, and social changes—as well as shifts in values—are happening extremely rapidly. Some events replace others, while some inevitably fade into oblivion. If you feel the pulse of these changes, we invite you to share it. Reveal your vision, perception, and relationship with a changing reality. Video art becomes a powerful medium not only to reflect the present but also to preserve it for the future—first for yourself as a personal testimony, and later for others as a reflection of our time.

This biennial invites you not only to observe but also to reflect, question, and interpret—are we capable of noticing not only major events but also subtle changes in human behavior, relationships, moods, or environment?
