Land Art Festival.

A yearly art event in which we invite artists to come over to mexico and produce their works using local available materials.

At the moment we are not able to pay for air tickets and transportation costs but we do provide all the materials and tools needed,a place to stay and food.

Artists are invited to produce their works for about 14 day's during the residency.

Umecuaro is a beautifull place high in the mountains with a big lake,the environment is perfect,located about 35 minutes drive from Morelia city,Michoacan state. 

After the residency we also produce a catalog of all the participating artists and their works.Participating artists will receive each 5 catalogs.

The name of the residency is ;' "Proyecto en Sitio" organised by "La Coyotera Taller-Estudio"and curated by Kees-Ouwens.

We are looking for experienced artists who know what they are doing.

We promise you a great time and freedom to create the works you want together with the other invited artists.

We will select 5 international and 5 mexican artists to participate for our third edition which will take place in november 2019.
