Spring - Physical Group Exhibition

Eligibility:

UK & International Artists

Theme: Spring

Work Medium: 2D Works - All Visual Arts

Work Size: Up to 100m x 100cm

Requirements:

· All works must be artist’s original works and copyright.

· To ensure security in displaying, the work size must be up to

100cm x 100cm, including frame and hanging hardware.

· All works must be suitably framed and ready for installation.

(Canvas or Framed).

· Please submit high resolution images as a form of JPG or JPEG.

Do not send captured images.

· Provide a short description of your work (350 words maximum).

· Provide your artist statement (500 words maximum), CV, social media

and your website address.

· Provide your work price in £ (British Sterling Pounds).

All works must be fore sale.

Legal:

· ST. LOUIS ART GALLERY OXFORD reserves the right to utilise all

images submitted to this exhibition in promotion of the exhibition and

for the general promotion of the gallery.

· If you would like to sell your artwork, please state the price, and there

will be a commission charge of 50% of the sale price of each piece of art

to cover the admin costs.

· Unsold work must be picked up promptly after the exhibition closes.

Work that is not collected 3 days after the last day of the exhibition will

be forfeited to the ST. LOUIS ART GALLERY OXFORD.

· All shipping is at the expense of the artist.

· Selection notification: 27. February. 2024.

· Artwork Delivery Date: 28-2. March. 2024.

12 - 2PM(GMT).

· Exhibition: 4-8. March. 2024.

· Pickup Date: 11-12. March. 2024.

· As our gallery is for busy artists we prefer the Royal Mail Delivery &

International Postage including the return delivery.

Submission Fees:

The submission fees for entry of up to 3 works will be £35.

Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.
