Trees - Physical Group Exhibition

EXHIBIT WITH US.

ST. LOUIS ART GALLERY OXFORD invites all visual artists from around the world to submit work for our 14th group exhibition in Oxford, UK.

Eligibility: UK & International Artists

Theme: Trees

Work Medium: 2D Works - All Visual Arts

Work Size: Up to 50m x 50cm

· All works must be artist’s original works and copyright.

· To ensure security in displaying, the work size must be up to 50cm x 50cm, including frame and hanging hardware.

· All works must be suitably framed and ready for installation.

(Canvas or Framed).

· Provide a short description of your work (250 words maximum).

· Provide your artist statement (300 words maximum), CV and your website link.

· Provide your work price and please state NFS if your work is not for sale.

Submission Fees:

The submission fees for entry of up to 3 works will be £35.

Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

Please submit high quality of your work.

Do not send us captured images & email submissions.

Legal:

· ST. LOUIS ART GALLERY OXFORD reserves the right to utilise all

images submitted to this exhibition in promotion of the exhibition and

for the general promotion of the gallery.

· If you would like to sell your artwork, please state the price, and there

will be a commission charge of 40% of the sale price of each piece of art

to cover the admin costs.

· Unsold work must be picked up promptly after the exhibition closes.

Work that is not collected 3 days after the last day of the exhibition will

be forfeited to the ST. LOUIS ART GALLERY OXFORD.

· All shipping is at the expense of the artist.

· Application Deadline: 15. February. 2024. 11:59PM(GMT).

· Selection notification: 16. February. 2024.

· Artwork Delivery Date: 16-19. February. 2024.

12 - 2PM(GMT).

· Exhibition: 20-23. February. 2024. (We don’t have an opening party.)

· Pickup Date: 24-25. February. 2024.
