SUCK GREEN AND SEE ISSUE 08 OPEN CALL

Back in Issue 04 (2023), I began exploring land-based performance, work that grows from soil, community, and outdoor ritual, inspired by Bread and Puppet Theater. This summer, I spent a month apprenticing with them: living on the land, building, performing, and learning what it means to make theatre under open skies.

For Issue 08, I’ll share fragments from that experience and welcome contributions from anyone working with or inspired by pageants, circus, puppetry, outdoor performance, ritual, or any land-based stage practice.
