Free open call: Halloween artwork, stalls, workshops, performance art

West Art Collective presents: Seance our Halloween art event on October 18th, 18:00-23:00 at Antwerp Mansion, MCR! Please read all the information below before applying.

Antwerp mansion details:

• We are accepting artwork, installations, video and sculpture. Got an idea? Drop us a message.
• Please note we hang our wall artwork (bar prints) on picture rails and hooks so your work will need the appropriate fixings such as a D hook on either the top middle or top two corners of your framed piece.
• Art drop off: Is Monday the 14th of October 16:00-19:00 at the mansion, if you cannot make this please arrange to drop your work off earlier. Art will not be accepted late.
• Packaging: Please use reusable packaging such as folders, bags, sheets and boxes over bubble wrap and plastic wrap. Your packaging will be stored in our Green Room.
• Art Collection: Please collect artwork either the day of the event, an arranged time the next day or from Antwerp Mansion within 1 week.
• Antwerp Mansion is not wheelchair accessible - for full access report and more info see here.
• Antwerp Mansion is bring your own booze.
• Street parking but please check restrictions.

Artwork:

• We are accepting wall pieces, sculpture, video, interactive pieces, installations etc.
• Your artwork must be complete before submitting.
• Key words: Halloween, macabre, death, paranormal, goth etc
• Your artwork must be in line with the theme of the event.

Tickets:

• Those involved are on guest list and will not need to buy a ticket but we cannot give out plus ones.
• We have never received funding - our ticket sales are how we fund our events.
• Tickets are £5-15. Please buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment if we sell out.
