This exhibition is about 'body' and glitch... Where the body breaks, glitch appears.

B*O/D&Y explores the relationship between body and glitch through contemporary art, focusing on moments where systems no longer function smoothly.

Here, “body” refers not only to the human body, but also to environmental and ecological systems, mechanical systems, and social structures of power. It can be understood as both a material body and a constructed subject, shaped through systems of discipline, organisation, and control. Glitch, in this context, refers to moments when things do not work smoothly — when there is error, interruption, repetition, or delay. These moments are not just accidents. They often reveal the limits of a system, showing where it starts to break down or lose control.

In this exhibition, we focus on what glitch reveals: error, breakdown, repetition, and getting stuck — the edges of a system.

These moments are not resolved or corrected. Instead, they are extended, repeated, and held in place. What appears unstable begins to form its own rhythm; what seems incomplete starts to define its own structure. Art, here, becomes a space where things are allowed to not fully work.
