Echoes of Elysian Fields

ART321 proudly invites artists from near and far to submit artwork for our 2026 Gala Exhibition and Auction, Echoes of Elysian Fields - an evening of art, imagination, and celebration.

This juried exhibition will feature a curated selection of works across mediums, showcasing the talent and creative spirit of our community. Submissions are open to painting, photography, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, fiber art, ceramics, and fine art crafts. (No film or video submissions, please.)

THEME INSPIRATION: ECHOES OF ELYSIAN FIELDS 

Definition of Elysian Fields: a place or state of bliss, felicity, or delight.

This year’s theme, Echoes of Elysian Fields, draws inspiration from places that feel calm, light-filled, and just beyond the ordinary. We’re looking for artwork that captures that feeling of wonder you get when the world seems still and glowing - soft landscapes at dawn, sweeping skies, drifting cloudscapes, dappled sunlight through trees, majestic mountainscapes, reflections on water, or open spaces that invite quiet and contemplation.

Artists might take cues from the beauty of nature, the harmony of classical design, or simply the feeling of peace that comes from a balanced composition or gentle palette. Whether realistic or abstract, we welcome pieces that evoke serenity, lightness, and awe.

While artwork does not need to adhere to the theme, pieces that reflect this luminous spirit will help create a cohesive, dreamlike atmosphere for the evening. If you have any questions related to the subject matter or theme, please direct them to brianna@art321.org. 

JURORS:

TBA - Jurors will be announced in early 2026.

AWARDS:
First Prize: $500.  Several non-monetary Honorable Mention awards may be given at the Juror's discretion.

AUCTION & ARTIST PARTICIPATION:

The evening will feature a silent auction of original works of art, with proceeds shared between the artists and ART321. These funds support ART321’s ongoing mission to nurture, educate, and connect artists throughout the community.

Artists may submit 1-3 original pieces for consideration. Upon acceptance, artists may:

• Set their minimum starting bid

• Choose the percentage of proceeds to share with ART321

We also invite artists to contribute a small item — such as a mini original, print, sticker, or handmade object — to the Key Wall at the event, adding a touch of magic to the evening’s festivities.

ACCEPTED ARTWORK NOTIFICATION:
Artists will receive email notices of accepted artwork by March 8, 2026, (by midnight MST). 

A SEPARATE email notice will be sent on the same date showing non-accepted artwork. 

In addition, a list of the accepted artwork will be posted on our website.

Participating artists will be given a free ticket to the cocktail hour portion of the event, and can purchase a discounted ticket for the remainder of the event.

• Delivery Deadline: March 21, 2026

• Opening Reception: Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:30 PM

• Exhibition Dates: April 2–18, 2026

• Main Event: Echoes of Elysium Gala
