Keller Public Arts is excited to share our latest endeavor, the "Tale Trail Mural Project." The Keller Arts Board is working in conjunction with the Keller Library and Parks Department to create an outdoor trail with encased reading platforms that will house a story for young readers to follow and enjoy. The story will be changed quarterly to entice recurring visits. The conceptual plan for the trail came to be as a means to memorialize a for Library Director and active Keller resident, Lisa Harper Wood who passed away from Cancer.

To participate in this Call, applicants must be Texas resident artists, and complete the application through CaFe A copy of the call can be downloaded from the Public Arts Website, www.cityofkeller.com/publicarts.

Prize Summary:

Stipend $14,500

Prizes Details:

$14,500 will be paid to the artist and is inclusive of artist's fees, materials, fabrication, on-site installation and travel. The selected artist shall recieve one-half of the honorarium upon execution of contract. The second half of the honorarium shall be disbursed after the mural is completed and has been approved by the Board.
