Shane Koyczan - Video

My name is Andres Mendez,  I work with a film production company, Fine Light Entertainment, in Los Angeles. 

We are currently looking for an artist (art form can vary) willing to create a unique piece centered around the topic of suicide. We aim to help those suffering from mental health issue and whose despair has led them to consider such extreme actions.

The artist’s creative process will be filmed and the imagery will play over a powerful spoken word piece by Shane Koyczan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sa1iS1MqUy4&t=489s)

We will be working alongside mental health charities and suicide hotlines to raise as much awareness as possible and help those in need. The piece will also serve to highlight the benefits of art as a form of therapy. 

This will be a pro bono collaboration for a worthy cause. There is no compensation.
