- The festival will take place in The Sam & Sally Shapiro Sculpture Garden on Friday, December 8 & Saturday, December 9 with open hours of 12pm-5pm. In the event of rain, an alternate day will be Sunday, December 10.
- Applications are open from Tuesday, September 5 - Sunday, October 15, 2023.
- Artists will be notified of acceptance no later than Friday, November 3, 2023.
- All artwork must be for sale, and prices must range from $25 - $500.
- Booth fee is $75/day or $100/weekend. Booth setup will take place from 10am-11:30am on each day with breakdown between 5-6pm. Booths cannot stay up overnight.
- Available booth spaces will vary slightly in size, but all will accommodate one 6-ft table. The art center has a limited number of tables available to rent.
- Artists are welcome to bring easels, display boards, or other display options for their artwork as long as they fit within the designated space and do not infringe on the space of neighboring vendors.
- Limited power is available. There is no access to water.
- Booth fees are non-refundable.
- The art center will not be taking a commission on your sales.
