What is Art?

What is art? When you think of that word, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Is it painting? Being creative? Letting your imagination run free? Or maybe a means of escaping from the real world?

Every artist [and even non-artists] have their own interpretation of what art means to them. While some utilize the craft simply for fun and a means to relax and enjoy a hobby, others view it as a way to visually express what they may not be able to express verbally. Every artist also has their own medium they feel best expresses their message and emotions.

This exhibition aims to provide all artists of all mediums the opportunity to give others a glimpse into their world, whether it be through a poem, a photograph, or a sculpture.
