We support artists and arts education through interactive outreach programs and the iconic Cherry Creek Arts Festival. The economic impact of the Cherry Creek Arts Festival continues to be a vital part of the success of the event with approximately $4.6 million in art sales annually. 

2025 Artist Prospectus & Application

October 1, 2024: Application Open

December 1, 2024 Midnight, MST: Application Deadline

January 2025: Hired jury of five artists and art professionals convene over three days to select 240 exhibiting artists

January 30, 2025: Artist notification by email and website www.CherryArts.org 

February 21, 2025: Deadline to confirm participation, sign contract and remit booth fee

March 28, 2025: Last day to cancel participation and receive 90% refund

Grant opportunity for the Emerging Artist Program
This program is designed specifically for artists who are beginning their career with very little experience exhibiting and selling their artwork at any venue. The application procedure and fee are the same as the regular show however, upon acceptance, emerging artists will pay a lower booth fee $350, have a tent provided and includes workshop, artist mentoring, support for lodging and will sell and showcase their work at the 2025 CCAF.

CherryArts is thrilled to offer a grant support for artists. In conjunction with the emerging artist program, selected artists will receive a $5,000 grant to enhance and expand their creative practices. This funding is unrestricted, allowing artists to pursue their careers and support all aspects of their work, which is not limited to creating the actual artwork.
