The Fredericksburg Arts Commission invites artists to submit proposals for a painted mural on the exterior of the Dorothy Hart Community Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The selected artist will receive a $4,000 stipend for labor and supplies (panels provided). Three finalists will be awarded $200 each to present finalized proposals before the mural panel. Regional artists 18+ encouraged to apply.
