Discerning Eye Drawing Bursary 2024

Calling all UK-based artists! The Discerning Eye Drawing Bursary gives you the chance to exhibit your work in the ING Discerning Eye exhibition and win up to £1,500.

Five artists will be shortlisted for the Bursary. Their selected work will be shown as part of the ING Discerning Eye exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London, and online.

£1,500 will be awarded to the winner of the Bursary and £150 will be awarded to each of the runners-up.

To enter, you will be asked to upload images of your artwork, as well as a CV and a short statement. The entry fee is £5. Your entries will be considered by judges including: Sarah Hall, Chair of the Discerning Eye, Dr Giles Brown, collector, Laura Gascoigne, art critic, James Lloyd, artist, and Anita Klein, painter and printmaker.
