Art and Color 365 Magazine - 2024 Open Art Competition

Art and Color 365, a bi-monthly digital and print art magazine, announces its 2024 Open Art Competition. Artwork by the winners and award recipients in the competition will be featured in our Winter issue; publication date: February 2024. Entries will be accepted through January 28, 2024.

Entry Fee and Rules
The entry fee is $25.00 for up to three pieces of art. (Unlimited entries allowed.) Artists must be 18 years of age or older. Open to artists worldwide.

Artists may submit artwork of any subject matter created with a two-dimensional medium, i.e. paintings (oils, acrylics, watercolors, gouache), drawings (graphite, charcoal, colored pencils, inks), pastels, fiber arts, collage, and mixed media, etc. Artwork can be in any artistic style (realism, semi-abstract, impressionistic, abstract, representational, non-representational).

All works must be original. “Original” means that the work must be created from the hand of a single artist and not be taken from other artists’ work or materials for which you do not hold the copyright. Artwork subjects and compositions may not be derived from other artists’ artwork or from artwork published in print or online. Copying another artist’s work or digitally drawing on top of another person’s photography or artwork does not qualify as original art. No AI artwork, please.
