PIGPRINTS DRAWING+ETCHING RESIDENCY PRIZE 2022

PigPrints is inviting artists and art students from all over the world to submit their work for its 2022 Residency Prize competition.

The purpose of this prize is to give an individual artist the possibility of producing a limited edition etching and add their work to the existing list of artists that are already part of the gallery.

The selected artist will also be invited to spend a 2-week residency period in Milan to produce other work in our printshop.

APPLICATION

Artists are required to submit original black and white drawings (pen, pencil, charcoal, watercolor etc.), in view of producing an etching. It is not required for the entrants to have previous knowledge of intaglio techniques.

Every artist can submit up to three entries. Images should be at least 1920 px (longer side) and can be submitted as one of the following file types: jpg, jpeg, pdf, png.

There is a non-refundable 20 € entry fee for each submitted drawing, 30 € for up to three entries.

Early bird (until 30 November) 15 € for one entry, 25 € for up to three entries.
