INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR ART, Art Maze Magazine Summer Edition 2018, Issue 8

ArtMaze Magazine is pleased to announce an open call for the Summer Edition of 2018, Issue 8!

Art Maze Magazine is an independent artist-run international publication which showcases experimental and progressive contemporary art, reflecting modern society and its environment, provoking conversation and action; fostering innovation and diversity of mediums which make today’s art scene so intriguing and versatile.

ArtMaze Magazine invites guest curators from internationally renowned galleries as well as independent art professionals to help select works for each issue. ArtMaze gives spotlight to artists and engage with its readers and followers everyday through their social media, website and print and digital issues.

ELIGIBILITY: Artists are welcome to submit works in any medium: painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, photography, textile, installation, mixed media, digital etc. Artists or any art organisations on behalf of from all countries are welcome to submit.

DEADLINE: May 24, 2018

Artists selected by the guest curator will receive a 1-page or 2-page spread including a brief bio, website, and 1-3 images in print and digital formats. All published artists will receive a digital copy of the magazine and will be promoted on our website www.artmazemag.com and social media (handle @artmazemag).

ABOUT THE JUROR:

Founded in September of 2016, Mrs. is a contemporary art gallery located in Maspeth, Queens. The gallery focuses on offering a new platform for emerging, under represented and mid career artists, while engaging the surrounding community. Having become members of the lead national NADA fair, and having put together an extensive amount of groundbreaking exhibitions, the gallery has earned its compelling reputation in the international art world and has been covered by a great number of top international press, such as The New York Times, Hyperallergic, Brooklyn Magazine, The Art Newspaper, Artnews, Arts, artforum and others.
