OR RATHER... We want to show YOUR work in our upcoming AFFORDABLE ART FAIR! 
JCO’S is seeking emerging artists for our upcoming VERY VERY RARE AFFORDABLE ART FAIR: April 26th - April 28th, 2018.

We are interested in artists working in ALL mediums, including but CERTAINLY not limited to:
Works on paper, mixed media, florals, seascapes, original paintings, small sculpture, abstracts, photography, still life, horses, unique (!!) landscapes, and more.
JCO'S will be hosting two days of open auditions. 
We will meet artists at the Art Haus to see their work, hear their stories, and curate a collection of emerging artists to share with our collectors.

ABOUT THE AFFORDABLE ART FAIR: 
The Affordable Art Fair, formerly known as "Got Art? The Affordable Art Show", has been seeking the best emerging artists and promoting affordable art show since 2001. There are two shows per year, each featuring different emerging and established artists works in all sizes, mediums and styles. Our mission is to create new collectors by exciting them with affordable art presented in an unpretentious environment, using previously exhibited works of established artists and new works of the emerging talent.

IMPORTANT DATES: 
Open Auditions: 
Tuesday, February 27 - Wednesday, February 28
9 AM - 5 PM
Affordable Art Fair:
Thursday, April 26 - Sunday, April 29

REQUIREMENTS: 
Original artwork should cost $5,000 and under
Gallery pricing and studio pricing are consistent
Willing to discount up to 25% for one weekend: The Very Very Rare Affordable Art Fair

TO APPLY FOR AN AUDITION:
-Email fineart@jcosplace.com with:
1. 3 preferred (available) time slots
2. 3 - 6 images of your work (titled as:

3. Your Artist's Statement / CV
Voila! Art Haus Director Bridget McMahon will email to confirm receipt of your submission; and to confirm your appointment time. Though we will try our best to accommodate everyone, we will not be able to see every artist who applies. 

HOW TO AUDITION:
-Artists will have 30 minutes to present their work.

All BOLD time slots are available; ITALICIZED time slots are filled.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR “ARTIST AUDITION”, PLEASE BRING:
1. 6 - 8 original works of art
2. C.V. / Curriculum Vitae
3. Artist’s Statement— a cohesive statement which ties your work together
4. Inventory Sheet: Image, Title, Medium, Size, Price
5. Your unique personality & enthusiasm for your work
