Photography Without a Lens:

               An Exploration of Alternate Processes   Ann Jastrab, Juror

Photography Without a Lens is a juried call for entries that explore alternate photographic capture and image making techniques. We are accepting entries through May 22nd for an exhibition opening June 18th.

Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts is looking for work to explore alternate image capture and photographic processes and is open to photography exploring alternate forms of image capture or printing processes. The call is open to alternate image capture including Pinhole, Scanner, Toy Camera and all forms of Contact Printing and alternate printmaking including Carbon Print, Collodion/Wet Plate, Cyanotype, Daguerreotype, Gumoil Printing, Palladium/Platinum Printing and Van Dyke Brown Printing to name a few. The Call will be juried by Ann Jastrab, Executive Director of the Center for Photographic Art in Carmel, CA. Ann previously served as Gallery Director at the Rayko Photo Center in San Francisco.

Open Call for photographs of any subject matter, in any style, on any substrate the only requirement is that the work includes some form of alternate photographic process.
