Call for art + objects + furniture

Calling all artists! Embrace Creatives, a popular online art + objects gallery is seeking artwork, furniture, objects, lighting, and home goods for EC Detroit, our physical gallery's first exhibition of 2024!  Because it will be the start of a new year and we’ll be coming out of a cold Midwest Winter, we would like pieces that spark joy and bring warmth:

• “happy”
• “uplifting”
• “colorful”
• “home”

EC will accept a range of artworks – any materials. Floor, wall or ceiling installation.  In this call image you can see what EC Detroit looks like and the space we have to display artworks.

During this exhibition, Embrace Creatives will host some or all of the following: a private/public opening (artist invited), 1-2 industry events, an artist talk, and private collector/trade appointments.

Application deadline: Wednesday, November 30th, 2023 @ midnight

Embrace Creatives gives priority to the artists we non-exclusively represent but we are eager to meet and showcase American artists outside of our network and hope they those that are accepted will join us on our online sales platform.

Each approved applicant will receive exhibition documents including an Agreement, Apportionment of Expenses, and an Inventory Sheet to review and sign.
