Call for proposals | From Access to Inclusion 2020

Arts & Disability Ireland are calling for proposals for a unique European Summit titled From Access to Inclusion 2020 taking place from 11th - 14th May in Dublin, Ireland. The deadline for abstracts is midnight GMT/UTC, Tuesday 12th November 2019.

This arts and culture summit will feature three strands; capacity building workshops offered from 11th-12th May in cultural venues across Dublin city, a two day symposium in The Printworks Conference Centre, Dublin Castle from 13th-14th May and a series of evening cultural events.

ADI are accepting proposals for the following summit sessions:

Capacity building workshops: classroom, skills building or think tank formats which can be 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, and may be repeated on multiple days.

From Access to Inclusion symposium: discussion panels, case studies, demonstrations and snapshots session types delivered over the two days.

ADI ask that proposals focus on themes such as; access services and programmes; aesthetically accessible performances, exhibits and/or visitor experiences; education, outreach and public engagement; organisational buy-in and planning; technology; and universal design.
