Open Call: Limbo (No Fee to Apply)

Warimono invites visual artists to submit their works for our upcoming exhibition, Limbo. This exhibition explores the tension between stasis and movement, balancing on the edge of being neither here nor there. The exhibition will run on our website from December 1, 2024 to January 10, 2025. Deadline is November 10, 2024.

We seek artworks that delve into themes of suspension, balance, and the in-between. Limbo invites artists to reflect on moments where things remain in a state of flux—where they hover, neither fully grounded nor set adrift. Whether it’s the delicate act of maintaining equilibrium, the sensation of being caught between decisions, or the quiet tension of holding steady amidst uncertainty, this theme offers a space for varied interpretations.
