Frame Rush 2022

Frame Rush, the annual screendance event, takes place in May 2022 at The Place for a live evening of screenings.
 
 Focusing on movement and sound, this event explores the definition of the continuously emerging genre of screendance as an immersive sensory experience. Our aim is to bring together new audiences to watch and discuss works from around the world. Particularly in the times of the COVID-19 pandemic, screendance is becoming more and more relevant.
We invite you to submit short films that focus on the relationship between movement and sound and how this communicates an intention with the audience. We strive to make our event as inclusive as possible, and actively welcome films created by and representing all backgrounds, specifically marginalised communities.
The festival is run by the postgraduate students of the world’s only MA in Screendance.
