YICCA 2026 - International Contest of Contemporary Art

The YICCA International Art Contest 2026 is a prestigious international platform that beckons artists from every corner of the globe to showcase their creative prowess. This global art competition transcends borders and welcomes both seasoned professionals and emerging talents, irrespective of their geographical origins. It provides a vibrant stage for an eclectic array of contemporary artistic expressions, encompassing diverse mediums such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, graphics, mixed media, video installations, and captivating performances. This artistic variety serves a dual purpose: to elevate the profile of participating artists and to facilitate their entry into the dynamic and ever-evolving international market of contemporary art. 

The competition seeks to serve as a launchpad for artists, affording them a unique opportunity to break into the international art scene. By participating in YICCA, artists gain access to an influential global network that can significantly impact their careers. 

YICCA contest, aims to enhance the visibility of the artists, foster connections with critics, curators, gallery owners, and art institutions, and provide maximum exposure through an advertising campaign. The selected artists’ works will also be published in the “YICCA” catalogue, distributed to finalists and professionals during the exhibition’s inauguration. 

Applications 

The contest is open to all artists or groups of artists and professionals from any country. All kinds of contemporary artworks are allowed in the art contest: drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, graphics, mixed media, video, installations and performances. The jury’s final decision will lead to a selection of 18 artists that will participate in the final exhibition. 

Prizes 

The winners will receive the following prizes: 

• First prize: EUR 3000,-

• Second prize: EUR 1000,-

• Third prize EUR 500,-

• Special prize for students EUR 1000,-
