Asian Art Contemporary is pleased to announce an open call for submissions to the upcoming virtual exhibition, Situated Stories. This exhibition examines how narratives emerge through context, storytelling, and the application of medium in artistic practice. Contemporary Asian artists worldwide are invited to submit works that engage with this theme—whether through personal histories, cultural memory, or experimental approaches to narrative.
Artist Carol Paik and curator Phil Zheng Cai have been invited as jurors for this open call. They will select works that best embody the curatorial vision of the exhibition and its commitment to presenting diverse voices in contemporary Asian art.
