Notations

We're excited to announce Digital Score #1, our new music laboratory taking place at the State Philharmonia of Armenia in Yerevan.

This program brings together musicians, performers, sound artists, visual artists, and technologists to reinterpret archival Armenian classical music through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Over several weeks, participants will explore new approaches to sound, performance, and media art — challenging traditional forms and building new ones. The lab culminates in a public Showcase featuring performances, installations, and sonic experiments. But the journey doesn’t end there: selected projects will continue to evolve and be presented at international festivals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Etudes Lab #1

Études Lab #1 is set to launch in Yerevan as a groundbreaking three-day experimental
laboratory designed for sound artists, choreographers, and visual artists to collaborate and create
new works. Hosted by the hosq, this innovative initiative fosters cross-disciplinary exploration,
culminating in an audio-visual performance that will receive a grant for further development and
touring.
