Emiliano Passaro

Berlin

Actor, Writer, Speaker

Since I was a small child I get involved in stories, tales and every sort of spoken remembrance. Then I decided to become an actor, and I get a degree.
I landed on the Microphone thanks to my Speaker and Dubber experience and being a Voice in Radio (My Biggest love!). Since I moved to Berlin at 38 years old I gave myself a chance and I discover so many other ways to tell stories: dance, performance and naturally writing. Berlin welcomed me as Mom (my original mum) Rome, but in a different way. Berlin let me decide what I want to be and what I will be in the next future. It allowed me to breathe myself and discover it on the way. That's why I am grateful and my first publication will be for the Berlin Notebook.

Dr Maiada Aboud

Maiada Aboud's work deals with ways that social and religious structures interconnect and influence the individual.
Using endurance art, Maiada's interest in social and religious issues draws on a unique and personal perspective. Born in Palestine (Christian Arab Israeli), graduated from Haifa University, and received her education in the UK: where she completed her Masters at Coventry University, and her PhD at Sheffield Hallam University. Her study attempts to connect the social cultural analysis to the individual’s experience by way of using performance and relating it to culture and social life. The intention is to investigate cultural identity using endurance art with the objectives to establish if these performances are linked to collective identities.

Through paint and through words, I am truly able to be free... to express my thoughts and my ideas; it is how I make a statement and how I interpret and describe the world and reality about me. My works are the sources...the results...of my desires, dreams, and yearnings. It is an infinite, imperative, and repetitive process of construction and reconstruction...in order to enable a chaotic order of my thoughts, impressions and reflections. Every situation is transformed through the prism of my subjective codes...codes composed of my recollections and aspirations. Written in my own words, painted by my own hand, are the stories, legends, myths, and poetry of my imagination. Marta
muller jeanfrancois

East orange NJ

artist painter

You've seen the art of Jean Francois Muller, and his collection of paintings by many artists; now it's time to meet the man. Jean was born on May 25, 1964 in Cap-Haitian on the Island of Haiti.
His interest in art has been life-long, beginning with the appreciation of many artists, both famous and lesser-known, including several friends who were also artists. From this inspiration and working mainly on natural landscapes. Jean decided to pursue a career in art in 1980, leading to a fine-tuned development of his own style. Competitions followed. In 1985 he made his professional debut by taking part in a competition at the gallery featuring the art of Des Trois Visages (The Three Faces). Later that year, he competed in an Ajapka Association of Art sponsored event in Cap-Haitian. In 1992, Jean Francois Muller immigrated to the United States, settling in Newark, New Jersey. Preferring panoramic countryside landscapes, and approaching his art through "positivity." Muller instantly began to work in acrylics and oils, preferring a primitive approach. In 1995, he was featured in an art exhibition in East Orange, New Jersey. Since coming to New Jersey he has become a serious art collector and expanded his style to include architectural paintings. He has also expanded into reproduction work of classical paintings, mostly from an intuitive sense that he could do it well. His favorite colors to work with are red, yellow, blue and black. These colors dominate most of his artwork.
