A rural mansion in the Alps to dream and work!

RUC is a family estate on the ills immersed in vineyards and woods that hosts an artist residency open every year from May to October. Our facilities are Villa Amati, an early XX century characteristic villa, and Casetta, an ancient rural mansion restored with comfort and charm. 

You can rent the whole Casetta for yourself to spend a relaxing vacation or to concentrate on your work. The house is fully equipped and can host families or small groups of friends up to 5 people. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, living room, terrace and cellar. On the first floor there are the bathroom, a small laundry, a double room with king size bed with adjoining double room with twin beds, and a single room. On the top floor there are an extra double room, and an attic TV and reading room.

Outside the house there are a gazebo that can be used as an open air studio space or just to have a lunch or drink in the sun, and a private garden on both sides that guarantees privacy and relax immersed in nature.
