Atelier B12

Atelier B12 is a working space for visual artists. It is located in Lisbon (Benfica). From December 2022 on it will offer 3 workplaces.

With more than 110 sq m divided between a showroom (ground floor) and an open hall in the basement, the studio is also meant to be a place for potential exchanges between artists.

The location in town is strategic. It is 500 meters from Benfica train station, just a 10 minutes ride from downtown (Rossio). The neighborhood has many facilities like art supplies stores, supermarkets and restaurants.

Each private space is about 20 sq m large, the ceiling reaching up to 4 m. In the work hall is an open space with three private work areas and a common hall, in addition to a small area for storing works.

• Electric public bike spot (Gira) in front of the studio; 
• Buses to many destinations in the city.

Terms

• 250 € per month long let min 6 months
• 350 € per month short let min 1 month
• Bills included*
• The spaces are intended for individual or duos of artists.*

* Bills included within the limits of the studio's average expenses. Large variations of spending will be divided among all.

* The contract for two people costs a total of 400 euros per month (200 euros each) for long let. 600 € per month short let.
