It provides information pertaining to different items of clothing and accessories, as well as which would be a better deal. Each month recognizes a particular female celebrity by placing her on the cover of the magazine and featuring her in a main article, along with providing monthly horoscope.

Allure is a women's beauty magazine. It was founded in 1991, and its current Editor in Chief is Linda Wells. The magazine has different features, all based on the subject of beauty. A signature of the magazine is its annual Best of Beauty awards, a combination of readers' and editors' picks for their favorite products. Allure celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2006.
