Founded in Iceland in the mid 90ies by Asta Kristjansdottir, formerly a model herself, Eskimo sparked out in 1998 to search more "dottirs" in Russia's Wild East: Siberia. Their main office in Tomsk is overlooking scouting activities in Omsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Krasnojarsk, Chelyabinsk, Ekaterinburg, Perm, and Ufa. They focus on primary scouting at schools, and have gained a reputation for being - yes - very selective, but developing and launching in turn new talent quickly and at the highest level.
In early 2001, they opened doors in Slovakia. They consider this step as the move towards true internationalization of their business and as the bridgehead for further expansion in Central Europe. From Bratislava their van Alice systematically travels the country to make sure that they don't miss any unpolished diamond not even in the most remote.
Also in 2001, they touched the shores of Rio de Janeiro … and settled. They eventually moved further South to Florianopolis with the intention to be closer to the fertile scouting grounds in Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Caterina and Parana.
In September 2002 they made a strategic investment in Bohemia Model Management, a well established agency in Prague.

Surazuri was founded in Nairobi , Kenya in 1987 by Lyndsey McIntyre who remains its sole proprietor. It is the most recognized and respected agency in East Africa , with the longest history and highest number of registered talent in the region.

New Faces Division is responsible for finding aspiring new models, guide them and help them to get their careers off to the best possible start.

BECOMING A MODEL:-
We would like to know more about you for our own research purposes.

You can submit your personal details, information about your likes and dislikes and basic physical information, together with images. We will review your images and the details you provide and you will receive an e-mail confirming whether we accept or reject your application. If we reject your application we retain your personal information on our files for a reasonable amount of time, or until requested to delete the personal information from our records. If we accept it, we will retain your personal information for the duration of time as a Pizzaz models and for a reasonable period thereafter. Please note that if you do not agree to us sending your details to third parties for the purposes of evaluating your application, we will be unable to consider it.

What type of picture do we want?
* Professional Pictures are NOT necessary, OR if you have them, nothing like it.
* We want to see NATURAL photo's where we can see your bone structure.
* The photo submitted alongside your application needs to be a FRONT FACING headshot.
* Try to RELAX your face, do not smile or pout!
* Keep hair as natural as possible, but make sure it is not obscuring your cheeks.
* Please DO-NOT wear make-up, sunglasses or hats etc.
* In a side profile we need to see the jawline, hair needs to be kept away from the face.
* Photo's need to be in COLOR with no computer effects or re-touching.
* Avoid wearing baggy clothes and simply stand up straight with your shoulders back.

The a1 aim is to bring a more personal touch to their clients and their models alike. This company started out with this in mind: They wish to operate much like a boutique. They represent few models but of high quality and target clients with whom they can build close and lasting relationships with. They seek to provide outstanding and reliable service to their clients.
After so many years in the fashion industry, when a1 takes on the management of young and new models they plan each persons career with a view to their long-term, national and international work. They try to take into account personality and individual traits to best manage their team of models.
