STARLET model agency was originally created when a Norwegian make-up artist, who often had to find models for different photoshoots, had the idea of scouting for models, to always have a few ready and waiting in the wings, when needed.
During the fall of 2006 the idea became more like an agency, and within 2007, STARLET was established.
