Is mental health a problem or a gift? One in four adults lives with a mental health condition yet this illness often remains shrouded. hARTslane is offering a platform to examine mental health through the experience of artists and their work, to raise awareness and to advocate for the arts as a tool to wellbeing.

Queen Gallery is seeking submissions for the upcoming holiday sale and exhibition. Winter Fair sale will showcase the works of Toronto based and International artists. This will be a perfect opportunity for you to exhibit your artwork to an art-loving audience.

Elements, National Juried Exhibition

Open to all United States resident artists 18 and over.

Everything we experience as matter is made up of Elements, substances consisting of a single type of atom. We invite artists to submit work based on one, some, or all of the 118 Elements of the Periodic Table.

From alchemy to particle physics to wacky whimsy, interpretation of the theme is wide open - an Element's mystique, mythology, discovery, uses throughout history, use in art, the magical areas between the particles of the atoms, philosophical or mystical flights of fancy – whatever brings it to life for you.

Accepted pieces will be on display in our San Rafael, CA gallery from January 10 - February 2, 2019

Internship

A young and rapidly developing contemporary art gallery located in Central London is looking for a volunteer to join the gallery small team. A successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of running the gallery.
 
Ideally, you will be a team worker with a degree in art history, art management, curating etc, having some previous experience in the industry, computer literate with experience in Photoshop and InDesign.
 
Your tasks will include but not limited to general administration, database update; assistance with marketing (incl website and social media updates, formatting of promo material); assistance at opening events; assistance with shipping and art works movement.
