OPEN CALL is for young musicians, performers,  artistic researchers, and anybody else interested in presenting his/her project in the Forum Platform.

We welcome
 proposals, particularly those relating to the following subjects

– Instruments - Voice performance techniques;
– 21st century repertoire;

– Extended techniques on instruments ;
– Interactions between instrument and electronics;

Folger Institute Artistic Research Fellowships for 2024-25

Folger Institute Artistic Research Fellowships are open to all artists whose work would benefit from significant primary research related to the histories, concepts, art, and objects of the early modern world (ca. 1400-1800) and its legacies. Artistic applicants are not required to hold a formal degree, but should describe their training and level of industry-specific experience in their CV.

The deadline for Artistic Research Fellowship applications is January 15, 2024.

Arts at CERN and Copenhagen Contemporary join forces and announce the first open call for Collide Copenhagen

CERN and Copenhagen Contemporary announced a three-year partnership through Collide, Arts at CERN’s flagship international residency programme. 

Connect India

Arts at CERN and the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia announce a new open call for the Connect programme – “Connect India”. This second edition offers one joint residency for two artists, one from Switzerland and one from India. The residency is fully funded, and it is aimed at artists with a distinct interest in a cross-disciplinary approach and a strong engagement with fundamental science.

Connect is a collaboration framework that was launched in 2021 by Arts at CERN and Pro Helvetia to serve as a platform for interactions and dialogue between artistic and scientific communities across the world.

Statements 2022 | Kunstraum Lakeside

Kunstraum Lakeside invites artists and cultural practitioners to participate in its 2022 program with their own “Statement”. We are in search of performative formats that relate to the Kunstraum’s annual topic “A Sense of Relatedness” and experiment with modes of representation in the visual arts, in the context of an institution at the interface between art, science, and technology.
