Artist-In-Residence Cycle 17 Call For Submissions

Textile Arts Center's Artist in Residence (TAC AIR) combines studio access with a rigorous interdisciplinary curriculum and regular critical dialogue, providing residents an opportunity to learn and explore the textile medium, and an alternative to traditional higher education programs. The residency culminates in a group exhibition produced and hosted by TAC. Since 2010, TAC AIR has graduated over 100 artists and designers whose work continues to further textile art within the fashion, fine arts, design and art education fields.

TAC AIR Cycle 17 will run from October 2025 to June 2026, artists will exhibit in September, 2026.

TAC AIR Program Provides:

Equidistanze | Art Residency

Equidistanze | Residenze Artistiche was founded in 2020 by Magazzeno Arte Contemporanea with the purpose of supporting emerging artists. The residency provides artists with the resources to expand their networks and further their careers.

Equidistanze | Residenze Artistiche is different from typical residencies. It is an opportunity to live alongside other artists, collaborators, art historians and curators. You will be staying in Filetto, a small town in the Italian countryside. It is here your creative energy will flow freely as you transform a public space into your canvas.

Serlachius Residency

The Serlachius Residency is a guest studio, maintained by Gösta Serlachius Fine Arts Foundation, for professionals of the creative sector working in the visual arts. The Serlachius Residency was established in 2015 in cooperation with the Mänttä Art Festival.

The residency provides a peaceful working environment. We produce for Art Town Mänttä-Vilppula small events that provide a forum for interaction between the public and residency guests. There is free admission to all residency events. We do not charge our guests rent for accommodation or working spaces.

Open Call - IN//BETWEEN #7 Artist Residency

Green Hill Gallery is pleased to announce the open call for IN//BETWEEN #7 art residency and exhibition program. In//Between is not just an exhibition - it is a collaborative project that brings together artists from different cultures and parts of the world.

In//Between is about creating a space that does not belong to any artist, culture, language, art form, or discipline. For four weeks, the artists selected will get the chance to examine the ways they have previously seen and done things and look to what lies ahead: an open canvas, a blank role of film, a block of clay, an idea or vision that has not been thought of before.

Montemero Art Residency 2022 – An Interdisciplinary Ecological Hub for Arts

Montemero Art Residency is an organization dedicated to sustainable ecology and alternative art production. We believe that the experience of living and creating in a different context has to be facilitated through collaboration and exchange. Thus, we opened our facilities to artists for them to network and collaborate with professionals from other fields.
