YICCA 20/21 - International Contest of Contemporary Art

The competition’s aim is to promote the enrolled artists, giving them chance to join the international market of contemporary art.

Internationality and networking make YICCA a huge opportunity for the artists, which can:

- Euro 3000,00 money prize to the first selected

- Euro 1000,00 money prize to the second selected 

• Promote their art through a variety of channels:

- exhibit the selected artworks in a exhibition space, determined by competition.

Lab.16 art contest

Lab.16 art contest, is a call for submissions open to all kind of artists. Works allowed in the art competition are: drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, graphics, mix media and video. A great opportunity for the artists, which can win a cash prize, have the opportunity to exhibit the artworks in October 2020 in Rome and much more.

The following types of works are admitted: Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Mixed media, Digital, Video, Graphics, Net art, other (all visual works that can be reproduced through a picture are allowed).

FotoAward Open for Submissions

The Marilyn Stafford FotoReportage Award of £2,000, facilitated by FotoDocument and supported by Nikon, will be granted to a professional woman photographer towards the completion of a compelling and cohesive documentary photo essay, which addresses an important social, environmental, economic or cultural issue, whether local or global.

The work should, in part, showcase positive solutions to any issues it raises in order to contribute to constructive photojournalism, in line with the wishes of Marilyn Stafford and the aims of FotoDocument. The Award is reserved solely for documentary photographers working on projects which are intended to make the world a better place and which may be unreported/under-reported.

JIA Illustration Award 2020

Japan Illustrators' Association hold the contest of illustration every year. This is the international illustration competition. Anyone, professional or amateur, can apply.
This competition is for finding newcomers.
People in advertising and publishing are paying close attention to this.

Application essential points of this competition
The genre of the works : You can apply for works of any genre, including hand-painting works, digital works, and three-dimensional works. Condition of the works which you can apply : They must be original works which have not used for jobs.
The images you show on your web site are OK.

The most significant award for emerging artists working in the field of sculpture in the UK: offering £8,000 in financial support towards the making of new work + a solo exhibition in 2021. 

The Mark Tanner Sculpture Award is unique in its combination of offering both financial support towards the production of new work and a solo exhibition to an exceptional emerging sculptor. The award now includes a UK Touring Programme, taking MTSA artists to partner venues across the UK.
