Ultra-Intensive Creation & Development Exchange 

The work is centred on the week of the 2-day intensive and continues over 4 months.

For established and emerging movement artists in All forms, who want to advance your clarity of purpose and process, through a work that is brewing, with your collaborators within a community of similarly rigorous, supportive and challenging movement artists

LOCATION “hybrid” (online & in studio) so no travel needed 

YET TO .COM(E) Virtual Creation Residency

 

 

Calling for artists based in Argentina, Iran, USA, France, Switzerland, and Germany. This call is open to all artists with various disciplines that wish to engage in a virtual creation residency.

• YET TO .COM(E) invites six interdisciplinary artists to collaborate in artistic dialogue and practice with another. The program establishes three distinctive virtual residency incubators where two artists can live, brainstorm, and dream about a shared futurethrough their unique artistic lenses. 

ARTISTIC RESIDENCY FOR EMERGING DANCE ARTISTS

La Faktoria opens call for applications of LUR ‘EMERGING ARTISTS RESIDENCY’ at La Faktoria Choreographic Center, Noáin (Pamplona-Navarre), from October 28th to November 22nd 2019.

Deadline for applications is on the 8th of September 2019. The selected applicant will be announce on the 30th of September 2019.

Residencies LUR ‘EMERGING ARTISTS RESIDENCY’ aimes at dance artists and dance collectives with 1 or 2 long premiered pieces, developing projects in the field of contemporary dance and live arts.

La Faktoria Choreographic Center offers:

-Studio space to carry out the research and creation of choreographic proposals

-4000€ grant (tax included)

-Access to rest lounge and dining room (fridge and microwave)

RECYCLING OBJECTS

The context of this residency is the recollection of found objects that are no longer being used, based on those same objects, composition of the artwork will be made, as the main thematic focus is recycling. The creative process is not to know how many final pieces will be made, or the technique used to transform those found objects, shaping the final piece.

The recollection of materials in the area will be the first step, then the selection of particular structures and objects that catch your eye. Creative process will be supported and facilitated as a workshop by Xilote Ibarra. Workshops will be promote and reenforce the collective learning as creative process.

Cost: $715 USD.

Students & Latin-American citizens $585 USD
