Praxis Gallery’ biennial small group exhibition returns for its third year with an open call for narrative-based collections ­of photographic art. Nine artists’ collections of four photographs will be featured in the 2024 ANTHOLOGIES exhibit in The Lab Gallery at Praxis Photo Arts Center. Directors’ Choice wins a solo exhibition in The Lab Gallery.

Emerging Artist Series at Riverviews Artspace

The Emerging Artist Series at Riverviews Artspace is an initiative to assist up and coming local artists are looking to expand their CV and knowledge of exhibiting their artwork. Each emerging artist will receive an exhibit in our Rosel H. Schewel Gallery and Theater and work with our curatorial staff to plan and execute the showcase of their artwork. We define “emerging” as those early in their professional artistic careers, who may wish to learn more about gallery representation, building an extensive exhibition history and awards, or sustaining an income derived from art sales and commissions.

Ashurst Emerging Artist Prize 2021

The seventh year of the internationally successful Ashurst Emerging Artist Prize is open for entries! The prize is open to artists working across all genres, styles and backgrounds. 

 

PRIZES INCLUDE:

 - £10,000 prizes and exhibitions, for the Overall Winner, the Choice Award, the Sculpture Award, the New Media Award with partners Rich Mix and Photography Award with partners Genesis Imaging.

-  £1,000 of vouchers from Cass Art for 3 Winners.

-  Three month exhibitions in London, England.

-  Group Show for 25 Shortlisted Artists in April – August 2021.

-  New partnership with Sotheby's Institute of Art.
