Art crits for artists either without a formal education or those already outside of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
What to expect from an art crit?
Our group crits are usually under 10 people. Artists bring one work/project they would like to present and each artist has 20-30 minutes to get feedback from the group. The format is less intimidating than a portfolio review, and you get a variety of feedback from a group of your peers.
We're exciting to share the opportunity to be featured in our second international print issue, publishing date March 2023.
We welcome emerging visual artists from all continents and from all fields, except for fashion, graphic & jewellery design.
All selected artists will get a digital copy of the magazine in PDF format for free, and the print issue will be available for purchase internationally via print on demand.
In order be continue to be as inclusive as possible, there is no entry fee.
ART VANCOUVER is returning to the Vancouver Convention Centre for its 6th edition between September 24th and September 27th, and we are looking for emerging artists to enter our competition for the chance to exhibit a piece of your artwork at our international art fair.
We are choosing 20 winners to exhibit for our 2020 Climate Change Instagram Contest. This year's theme is Climate Art. Global warming is the consequence of our modern society’s lifestyle. The contest is an opportunity to create an art piece that brings awareness to our society's carbon footprint. We encourage you to use reusable objects or any sustainable materials on the canvas.
Submissions are now open for the VeniceLands ArtPrize.
Free submission | No entry fee for selected artists
