Rolling Online Publication

Pigeon Review is seeking fine art submissions for publication to our online art and literary review. From a cluttered room or a cup of coffee to an inquisitive face, we like art that tells a story.  Pigeon Review is currently accepting work in the genres of portrait/figure, nature/landscape/plein air, still life, and narrative realism. Call for entries “JIA Illustration Award 2022”

The total amount of the award money is 700,000 yen.
The total winners will be 52 artists.

Japan Illustrators' Association hold the contest of illustration every year. This is the international illustration competition.
People in advertising and publishing are paying close attention to this.

The winning works will be exhibited at the "JIA Illustration Award winning works exhibition" at China.

“Around the World” Digital Art Contest

Pixarra is announcing a call for artists for a new digital art contest under the theme of “Around the Word”. Submission is free of charge and is not limited in the number of entries. 2D and 3D artists from around the world are invited to show their art.

All submissions must be digital paintings created with illustration software and the participants must have the full copyrights on them. Traditional art, photographies, photo manipulations, collages and animation are not accepted.

Participants can submit their entries at http://www.pixarra.com/competition between March 25, and April 21, 2022.

The winners will be selected by a jury and will be announced on April  24, 2022. The evaluation  criteria will be: quality, technique and thematic relevance.
