CraftForms 2023 International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Fine Craft

The Wayne Art Center in Wayne, PA is seeking submissions for a juried exhibition of contemporary fine craft. Selected works will be on display from December 2, 2023 through January 20, 2024 in the Davenport Gallery of the Wayne Art Center. This year’s juror Jean McLaughlin will present $10,000 in prize awards. We are seeking the following mediums: basketry, ceramics, decorative fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, paper, wearable art and wood. Work created utilizing CAD/CAM technologies and 3D printing tools is also eligible. $45 entry fee. Deadline: September 13, 2023. Brashnar Artist-in-Residence Summer 2023 (August, September)

Brashnar Artist-in-Residence (BAiR) is an artist owned and operated urban artist residency program located in the neighborhood Hrom on the west side of Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. BAiR is a multi-faceted residency program allowing resident artists the freedom to explore the potentials of their practice while experiencing Macedonian culture through group related activities.

I-Park is Accepting Applications for its 2023 Artists-in-Residence Program

I-Park is now accepting applications for its fully funded General Residency Program. These onsite, multidisciplinary residencies are open to artists and designers working in the visual arts, creative writing, music composition/sound art, moving image/new media, architecture and landscape/garden/ecological design. The residency season runs from May 4 – December 4, 2023. All sessions are 4-weeks in duration.

OPEN CALL for One Month International Artist Residency in Atlantic Canada

Every year KIRA awards 6 artists with a one month residency. Artists are provided with individual studio space, comfortable housing, two prepared meals each day, a stipend and live on a historic property in a beautiful seaside town. Artists should bring all supplies and materials needed for their creative process, to ensure availability of required supplies and provisions. As part of the residency, artists will be asked to engage with the community for up to six hours a week. These engagements will vary based on skills and interest and can include a partnership with Kingsbrae Garden which is located just steps away from the residence and studios.

Scope BLN Artists-in-Residence Berlin

Scope BLN – Artists-in-Residence (AiR) program is announcing an open call to artists working in all fields of contemporary arts.

Deadline – October 7th (Friday), 2022

The start of the program is in the second half of March / first half of April, 2023.

What does Scope BLN AiR offer?

- A single fully furnished room with bathroom

- Shared kitchen (with one other artist)
- A working studio
- Guidance in exploring Berlin and its art scene - Co-working sessions with the AiR director
