Ephemerality:
This juried exhibition will feature artworks that speak to the ephemeral—the fleeting moments in life that are attempted to be captured in art. What moments do we try to capture and want to hold onto? What moments do we address that speak to issues we want to change? As artists, we attempt to create something that speaks to specific moments in time. The world is constantly changing and evolving, but how do we capture that moment or feeling? Is there something that has impacted us, or something we hope to leave an impact on? It is through artwork that we can leave a mark or a trace of ourselves.
