Open art call for the upcoming exhibition When We Were Young…

Application deadline September 24, 2022.

Call for artworks related to the topic, “When We Were Young…”  Artists are encouraged to engaged with, and creatively interpret this theme with their individual approach, media, and art making processes.

This show corresponds to our Youth Art Exhibition, which will feature artworks by artists ages 8-18 and will display simultaneously in our space.

Media: Original 2D and 3D artworks. Glass, Fiber, Jewelry, Functional, Digital, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Photography, Installation and Mixed  media

Sculpture, Ceramics, Installations... Special Edition

Collect Art is looking for 3D artists, working in different media, such as sculpture, ceramics, installations, contemporary jewelry, objects, and etc...

 

Eligibility: Open to all nationalities and any aged 18 and above.

There is no theme for this edition

 

Each selected artist will receive a 2-6 page spread in print and digital magazines including a biography, statement, interview, website, and 2-10 featured artworks. All published artists will receive a complimentary digital issue of the magazine which will be promoted on our website/social media. In addition, you will receive the link for ordering the printed magazine.

Open Call for Artists Round 62 January - March 2024

Since 2007 "PILOTENKUECHE" is an international art program based in Germany's new art capital Leipzig. The independent project is run by artists to support and empower artists.

 

The International Art Program facilitates a collaborative environment for 12 artists from across the globe, selected to participate in each cycle. Held in a 465m² studio space located in a converted old barbed wire factory, the setting is both inspirational and practical. The studio's design, featuring exposed brickwork, large windows, high ceilings, and underfloor heating, provides an ideal backdrop for creative exploration.

Green Art Residence

We invite you for a collaboration between art and nature, where creativity meets tradition and they learn from each other. Spend 2 months as a resident in an architectural reserve, learn and create art inspired by the surroundings using natural materials.

Public Sculpture Project

Juried Outdoor Sculpture Competition. Three locations around the City of Fredericksburg, VA have been selected for the display of public sculpture from October, 2024 to September, 2025.  Liability insurance provided.  Stipend of $2000.  Artist responsible for delivery and removal.  Deadline for submission of existing or proposed work is July 15, 2024. Three submissions maximum.  No entry fee. Works over six feet in height given preference.
