Mental Canvas, Inc. is a software technology company whose unique platform has reimagined drawing for the digital age by enabling creations that can be experienced outside the confines of a page or a single moment in time.  Mental Canvas picks up where pen and paper leave off, taking drawing to a place it's never been.  Now, we're calling on creatives to join us in redefining what it means to draw.  With $100K in prizes and 18 winners, we're looking for the most impressive and imaginative scenes created with Mental Canvas Draw™.

2018 - Figures and Faces

CALL FOR ART:    Figures & Faces - 2018

DEADLINE:   June 5th, 2018

Artist Notification:  June 12th, 2018
SHOW DATE:    July 5th - July 27th, 2018

For this month's group exhibition, Las Laguna Gallery is seeking works that focus on the human face or figure. We are looking for pieces that examine the human face and figure and convey the emotions and experiences of being human. Works submitted may be representational or abstract in nature.

There are no restrictions on content, style, medium or context, but your entries should fit this theme, either traditionally or digitally, in some way.

We invite and encourage artists of all ages to participate and look forward to seeing your work. All local, national, and international artists, professional and amateur, are encouraged to submit their works for this art exhibition.

Acceptable sizes:  We do not have a limitation on size of works submitted but have found pieces over 48" to be costly for shipping and recommend manageable sized pieces.
