HARTNETT GALLERY 2023-2024 CALL FOR EXHIBITIONS

The Hartnett Gallery at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, is now accepting proposals from individual artists, groups, and curators based in the US that are interested in exhibiting their work during the 2023-2024 academic year. Submissions from University of Rochester alumnae artists and artists based in the Rochester area are also welcomed. Each year a panel of undergraduate students and the Hartnett Gallery Advisory Board select three exhibitions to be held during the 2023-2024 academic year.

We at Rotate Gallery have created a platform for emerging artists at the beginning of their artistic career to hold their own commercial solo exhibitions, supported by our provision of new and exciting spaces and access to art expertise.

OPEN CALL at OyG Projects: Two Solo Exhibitions

Ortega y Gasset Projects is pleased to announce an Open Call for TWO Solo Exhibitions to open in September of 2020: one in the main gallery space at OyG and one in The Skirt, OyG's dedicated space for site-specific installation.

Both opportunities will include an opening reception on Saturday, September 12, 2020, $400 honorarium for each artist/proposal, and one programmed event (an artist talk or a closing event), and will be promoted on OyG social media outlets. OyG Co-Directors will work with the artists and make studio visits leading up to the opening of the exhibitions, if possible. The artists are required to fully participate in the exhibitions' installation and deinstallation.

K. Carrington is Fusion Art’s 3-Dimensional Artist Spotlight Winner for February 2020

Fusion Art is pleased to announce that K. Carrington has been awarded an Artist Spotlight Solo Art Exhibition on its website. The Artist Spotlight Solo Art Exhibition Series highlights individual artists of exceptional talent and skill who have an overall body of work to showcase. 

Each month, Fusion Art selects one traditional, one digital & photography, and one 3-dimensional artist (if the gallery received 3-dimensional entries) for month-long online solo art exhibitions. The gallery created this solo art exhibition opportunity as a means for emerging, mid-level and, even, professional artists to gain more worldwide online exposure.
