Hiiibrand Awards 2022 - Call for Entries is now open!

The Hiiibrand International Brand & Communication Design Awards is an international design award focused on brand shaping and design value.

This award aims to promote the communication and development of brand and communication design fields by globally collecting and selecting excellent brand practices and design strength. The Hiiibrand Awards are divided into Brand Awards and Design Awards. The Brand Awards commend companies and organizations that have achieved outstanding achievements in brand strategy, positioning, communication, visual image, etc., and the Design Awards commend individuals and teams that have realized design innovation and excellent performance in the field of communication design.

We are excited to introduce the Artists Magazine Artists To Watch art competition. Formally known as the Student Division of the Artists Magazine Annual Art Competition, this new competition is open to new and emerging artists, regardless of age*, who are interested in getting their artwork out there!

"SPECTRUM OF CREATIVITY" 2021 STUDENT AND EMERGING ARTIST COMPETITION

The City of Ocala and the Magnolia Art Xchange invite artists with up to 10 years’ experience to submit entries for the "Spectrum of Creativity" 2021 Student and Emerging Artist Competition, which will take place Friday, April 9 through Wednesday, July 7 at City Hall, 110 SE Watula Ave.

Artists will compete in three divisions according to their respective years of experience: high school students, 1 - 5 years’ active experience, and 6 - 10 years’ active experience. All entries must have been completed within the last two years. Early entries will be given priority placement within the gallery and the juror will award winners in each division, as well as Best of Show. Awards will be presented at a reception taking place Wednesday, April 21 at City Hall.

STIFF Film Festival 2020 : Call for Entries Open!

STIFF – Student International Film Festival is now calling on all student and debutant filmmakers to submit their films for the 7th festival edition which will take place from 26th to 29th of November 2020 in Rijeka, Croatia.
 

Works entering the competition program must be original, student-created films or debutants films of all genres: fiction, documentary, animation and experimental films. All the works need to be up to 60 min in length and completed after 1st of January 2018. The films must be in English or with English subtitles and must be submitted via FilmFreeway platform. The deadline for registration and delivery of materials is June 1st, 2020.
 

THE FOURTH INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF THE STUDENT SHORT FILMS "PERVIY!" (FIRST)

The 4th Gagarin.doc festival is dedicated to digital reality  and is held in Saratov in April 6th-12th.
The "digital format" today is becoming the new universal code of humanity, replacing the text. In a way, "digital"
is a new space, infinitely alluring and charmingly dangerous. An important part of the festival program is the competition
of the student short films “First!” which is held since 2016. Its mission is to initiate a conversation on science and space
topics by means of cinema and contemporary art, discussion of problems of popularization of scientific knowledge,
building a dialogue between science and art for a more complete picture of the structure of the world.

In Pursuit: A Virginia College & University Student Art Exhibition

In Pursuit is a juried exhibition that features work from Virginia Art Students currently enrolled in their University or College’s 2019 Art Program. This exhibition is open to functional, non-functional, 2D, 3D, fine art, and fine craft in all mediums. This exhibition is open to all Virginia college art students currently enrolled in the art program at their college or university, and is held at the d’Art Center in Norfolk, Virginia. This exhibition will be juried by art professionals at d’Art Center, and curated by d’Art Center Staff. The d’Art Center is Norfolk’s thirty-year-old art center and includes working professional artist studios and provides a wide variety of exhibitions and programming open to the public. The d’Art Center is located in the NEON district of Norfolk.
