INTRA MUNDI

INTRA MUNDI: TIES, TRANSITIONS AND LANDING OF AN IMPERFECT FUTURE
FROM 15 TO 30 JUNE 2021

The soul of our civilization depends on the civilization of our soul. The imagination of our culture requires a culture of imagination

Each of us is a Changemaker. This year we were, in spite of ourselves, witnesses of an already present future: in a very short time we had to imagine and find solutions to face a new reality, to the challenge that covid-19 has imposed on our society, but also to change perspective, experimenting solutions to various environmental and technological problems.

The 2o's Take 2 - VR Online Exhibition

What a contrast! As we turn the corner to embrace the new 20s, looking back at a previous era of jazz, parties and celebration, we dream about getting together, long for moments of community and we miss each other. Artz ID is launching its first official open call to attempt to redefine the current status quo of isolation and distancing, and look to the 1920’s as a source of uplifting inspiration. For this online exhibition, ARTZ ID is looking for artworks celebrating notions of community, human interaction and the act of living.  The 1920’s, also known as the ‘roaring twenties’,  was a decade marked by stark contrasts  the Great War had just ended, peace had returned, and with it prosperity – although another war would break out not too far ahead.

Now That's What I Call 'Tuff Luck'

----------

Have you recently been rejected, turned down or pushed away from a mainstream open call? Or, is your work just not fitting the entry criteria for all those art prizes?

----------

Well, at. Tuff Luck Gallery, we'd love to hear from you!

We have just launched our new open call for 'Now That's What I Call Tuff Luck', a quatrley call for all your wonderful declined or 'not good enough for us' works... We want to celebrate that feeling of rejection and turn it into something positive! In an age of social media, we always bask in success of others, but never see the failures.... Well, that's change that!
