TWF (This Week in Folkestone) is seeking submissions for Issue One of our riso-printed publication themed ‘Reclamation’. Deadline 18th March 2020. 

Reclamation [definition]:

the process of claiming something back or of reasserting a right.
"the reclamation of our shared history"

the cultivation of waste land or land formerly under water.
"the aggressive reclamation of woodlands for agricultural production”

Call for Artists - Wotisart #28 (July 2019)

Wotisart is a portfolio magazine. Our goal is to allow unknown artists an avenue to show their work and gain some recognition in the industry and also to answer the question... What is art? We are now taking entries for the July issue of Wotisart?

'Creature', a collaborative songbook

Mob-Handed Press is a series of collaborative songbooks created by selected musicians around a central theme. Artists contribute one song each, which are then anthologised into a zine. This publication is launched with a night of performance and storytelling.

It is a communication between artist and audience, and an exploration of how people visualise the music that they write, perform, and consume.

Issue Three of Mob-Handed Press will be entitled, 'Creature':

Call for Zines for (In)visible Exhibition & Permanent Library

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS to arrive for inclusion in (In)visible exhibition is 4 OCTOBER 2018 (please bear this in mind when posting).

Taking place between 9 – 14 October to coincide with World Mental Health Day on 10 October, (In)visible will feature a group of artists who have used their work as self-expression, communication and therapeutic release. With themes often thought of as taboo such as mental illness, abuse, and domestic violence, this exhibition promotes honesty and non-censorship. We aim to create a visually stimulating, thought-provoking and engaging event that ignites discussion, tackles stigmas and unites artist and audience.

Call for Entries - Average Art 19 (February)

Average Art is an industry focused art magazine. Our goal is to draw attention to self representing artists. We are now taking entries for the February edition of Average Art Magazine.
