anam creative is a grassroots arts organisation and Community Interest Company (CIC) founded in 2022, run by three emerging creatives. With a strong focus on music, we support artists aged 18-30 in Scotland by providing paid opportunities, peer mentorship, and professional development.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between early-stage creative practice - whether self-taught or shaped by formal education - and sustainable engagement in the creative industries. We are not a connector to traditional employment pipelines, but rather create new opportunities for emerging artists to build confidence, networks, and experience at a crucial stage in their development.
